Programs

Steans Family Foundation focuses our grantmaking in two communities: North Lawndale on Chicago’s west side, and the City of North Chicago. We also support organizations that create and coordinate policy efforts in the areas of education, employment, community safety, and economic opportunity because effective policy means increased impact at the community level.
